Scope

These Terms of Use govern access to the Offload public website, product information, demos, launch materials, and pre-contract communications.

If a school enters into a signed order form, services agreement, or other customer contract with Offload, that signed agreement controls product use to the extent it differs from this page.

Acceptable Use

  • Do not use the site or service in a way that is unlawful, deceptive, or harmful to others.
  • Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, records, systems, or environments.
  • Do not interfere with service operation, security controls, or other users' access.
  • Do not upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or content you do not have the right to use.

Accounts and School Administration

Schools are responsible for assigning authorized users, managing permissions, protecting account credentials, and promptly notifying Offload if they believe an account has been compromised.

The service includes configurable roles and permissions, but schools remain responsible for their internal access decisions and user management.

Data and Intellectual Property

Schools and their users retain their rights in the records and content they submit to Offload, subject to the limited rights needed for Offload to host, process, transmit, back up, secure, and support the service.

Offload retains all rights in the software, interface, documentation, branding, and related technology, except for school-provided records and customer-owned marks.

Third-Party Services

Offload uses third-party providers for functions such as hosting, messaging, storage, and payments. Those providers may have their own terms and privacy policies, and their services may be integrated into the Offload workflow.

Disclaimers

Public launch materials, guides, and documentation are provided for general informational purposes and are not legal, regulatory, tax, or compliance advice.

Except as stated in a signed agreement, the public site and pre-contract materials are provided on an as-available basis.

Changes

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date on this page.
