Accessibility Statement
We want the Offload public site and product workflows to be usable by as many people as possible, and we are continuing to improve accessibility as part of launch hardening.
Commitment
Offload is working to make its public site and core product experiences more usable for people with disabilities.
Accessibility is part of launch readiness for us, especially on the public marketing surface and high-frequency product workflows.
Current Focus Areas
- Keyboard navigation and visible focus states.
- Clear heading structure and readable page hierarchy.
- Color contrast and text legibility.
- Form labels, instructions, and error states.
- Alternative text for meaningful images.
- Ongoing cleanup of accessibility issues as we expand public and in-product coverage.
Accessibility Approach
We use WCAG 2.1 Level AA as practical guidance for public pages and prioritized workflows. We also review public pages for common barriers such as contrast problems, missing labels, and mouse-only interactions.
Feedback and Assistance
If you run into an accessibility barrier, use our contact page and include the page URL, the task you were trying to complete, the device and browser you were using, and any assistive technology involved.
That information helps us reproduce the issue and prioritize a fix.
Updates
We expect this page to evolve as we add automated checks, close public-site gaps, and document additional accessibility work.
